LAST WEEK’S RECAP | March 6 – 11, 2012
TUESDAY
A Friday regular from Little Falls made great strides in tennis. After a slow start tonight, he got better and better. He and his partner, a regular from Mahwah, played together a total of about 7 hours between Friday, Saturday and tonight Tuesday. It was no coincidence that they played together so much – they just enjoy being partners.
THURSDAY
A couple of players tonight made a considerate, though odd, request – “Feel free to put me in a relatively easy game tonight. I’m exhausted and will not play well. If I play with people above me it will be a disaster. I’m coming more for the fun and workout tonite…” Contrary to their fears, they played well!
FRIDAY – SUNDAY
All the parties were fun. Details to be reported later.
